These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where Moodlr Dev Hub (MOODLR DESENVOLVIMENTO DIGITAL LTDA) is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
